Devenney Released

Liam Devenney was released from Ventus Sports AFC after a number of years with the club to pursue his football with Buttershaw. All at the Club wish him well in his future ventures.

Bradford Sunday Alliance League

All fixtures in the Bradford Sunday Alliance First Division were again cancelled due to bad pitch conditions following this weeks effect of the storms.

Bradford & District Cup

Yet again due to a fortnight of bad weather conditions this weeks match had to be postponed. The rescheduling of the match is yet to be confirmed.

New signing

Ventus Sports AFC have taken the opportunity to sign the veteran Ray Gartland. A sure sign that Ventus Sports AFC have got their eyes set on promotion this year. With this additional fire power up front the cub can only be on to a winner.

After what seems like a long break for the Christms and New Year break the league kicked off again yesterday the 8th January 2007.
